- 1. Do you provide on-site installation services?
  
  We provide very detailed installation instructions, drawings, and videos for each project. For large projects, we will arrange installation workers and on-site supervisors. On-site service fees need to be negotiated with the customer.
- 2. What is your delivery time?
  
  For orders under 1000 sets, production can be completed within 2 days after receiving the deposit. Customization requirements, such as glass, require 7-10 days.
- 3. How do you control product quality?
  
  a. Design quality: We anticipate potential problems and provide high-quality design solutions.
  
  b. Raw material quality: We select qualified raw materials.
  
  c. Production quality: Precise manufacturing processes, experienced workers, and strict quality inspection.
- 4. How do you handle quality issues?
  
  The warranty period is 2 years. During the warranty period, we will be responsible for all quality problems caused by our production.
- 5. Does your product have a defined service life?
  
  If so, how long? Under normal climate and environment, the service life of the container house steel frame is 20 years.
- 6. What design solutions do you have for different climate conditions (how do your products adapt to different climates)?
  
  Coastal areas: Hot-dip galvanizing is used for easily rusted parts to effectively slow down rusting.
  
  Windy areas: The wind resistance of the internal structure is improved.
  
  Cold areas: Wall thickness is increased, or high-quality insulation materials are used to improve the structural compressive strength.
  
  Highly corrosive areas: Corrosion-resistant materials are used, or anti-corrosion coatings are applied.
