With cabinet installation now at the halfway point, our on-site team has paused to document the current state of work and share progress photos with the customer for review and confirmation. This is a standard and important step in our production process — no work proceeds beyond a key milestone until the customer has had the opportunity to review and approve what has been completed.
This approach reflects our commitment to transparent communication and collaborative delivery. Rather than presenting a finished result and hoping everything aligns with the customer's expectations, we build review checkpoints into the workflow so that any adjustments can be made early — when changes are straightforward rather than costly.
In modular and prefabricated construction, precision is built in from the factory stage. But even with tightly controlled manufacturing, the installation phase involves real-world variables — site conditions, spatial relationships, and the customer's own evolving understanding of how their space will come together. A mid-installation review gives all parties a shared visual reference at a stage when the work is still in progress.
Catching a misalignment, a positional preference, or a detail that needs adjustment at the halfway point means that the remaining installation can proceed correctly. Waiting until everything is complete to raise a concern introduces rework, delays, and unnecessary disruption. Our mid-point photo review is specifically designed to prevent that scenario.
For customers receiving a modular building or interior fit-out remotely or at a distance, being able to see the actual physical progress — not just a schedule update — provides meaningful reassurance. A photo sent at the right moment is worth more than a dozen status reports.

The photograph shared with the customer at this stage documents the current state of the cabinet installation, including:
The image is taken from a clear, well-lit angle that represents the installed work accurately and gives the customer a realistic view of how the completed installation will look and function.
| Stage | Activity | Customer Action |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-installation | Site preparation and component staging | Design sign-off confirmed |
| First half installation | Cabinet units positioned and secured | Photo review in progress |
| Customer confirmation | Review and feedback on progress photo | Awaiting approval |
| Second half installation | Remaining units installed upon approval | Pending |
| Final inspection | Full installation quality check | Pending |
| Handover | Completion documentation and sign-off | Pending |
Once the customer has reviewed the progress photo, there are two possible outcomes, and we are prepared for both:
This two-path process means the customer retains meaningful input over the final result without needing to be physically present on-site throughout the installation.
Progress photography is one part of a broader documentation practice that runs throughout every project we deliver. From factory production records and pre-shipment inspection reports through to on-site installation photos and final handover documentation, every stage generates a traceable record.
This documentation serves multiple purposes:
In modular building projects where customers are often located remotely from the installation site, this level of documentation is not optional — it is a core part of how trust is built and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Suzhou Taimao Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. specializes in delivering globally certified modular building solutions, offering industry-leading modular design, proprietary manufacturing technologies, and end-to-end digital software support. Our mission is to accelerate project timelines, boost operational efficiency, minimize ecological impact, and uphold uncompromising standards of quality and safety.
Our flagship SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) modular building system integrates structure, insulation, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), HVAC, interior finishes, and smart home technologies into a single, unified solution. This rapid assembly technology shifts the majority of on-site construction and finishing work to controlled factory environments.
Once prefabricated modules are shipped to the project site, on-site assembly can be completed in just days — or even hours. Our modular solutions are defining the future of sustainable construction.
